Summer 2025 AI-Based Homeschooling Platform Study

A year ago, we interviewed 20 Muslim families from Ontario who shared rich insights about their homeschooling journeys. Based on their needs, we are running the following three studies this summer and need your help!
The Open Design Collaboratory at the University of Toronto Mississauga (pictured above) is inviting families that have homeschooled one of their children fully or partially to this study. This study involves testing an experimental AI-based tool designed to help parents create customized curriculums and stories, connect with other homeschooling parents, and coordinate local events with their community.
A signed consent form is required for participating. All data will be anonymized and used for paper publications. The study is supervised by Professor Samar Sabie and a team of research assistants. For further inquiries, please contact:
