Stories of Muslim Migration and Homeschooling Study

Study Status: Active

In this multifamily workshop, we will explore how migration has shaped Muslim homeschooling experiences, including how families blend religious, secular education while maintaining a connection to their cultural roots. Activities include building timelines, discussing photos, and sharing meaningful migration stories.

If you have homeschooled one of your children fully or partially, you are eligible to participate in this study. If you agree to participate, you will be invited to participate in this audio-recorded session with other families, either online or in person. The workshop will last two hours and will be scheduled based on participant availability.

The study is supervised by Professor Samar Sabie and a team of research assistants. For further inquiries, please contact: research@opendesigncollaboratory.com.
